We currently ship within Australia. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any products purchased are permitted for their intended research use and comply with applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the shipping carrier.

4. Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. NexusForge Research is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.

6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or details. We will review the issue and assist where possible.

7. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on destination, carrier requirements or regulatory considerations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where fulfilment is not possible.

REFUND POLICY

At NexusForge Research, customer satisfaction matters to us. We aim to provide a reliable, transparent experience and will review refund concerns fairly where an issue has occurred with your order.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of research products, we may not be able to accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Refunds may be considered where an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or where there is a verified issue with the order.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, please contact us with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue. Including photos of the product and packaging may help us assess your request more quickly.
